Behind the scene (on the backend of your Z1BIZ profile) your Z1BIZ profile was dynamically coded in html with schema markup that allow amazing rich snippets on Google & other search engines. Your Z1BIZ profile is then submitted to search engines to be indexed. The indexing process usually takes up to 5 days. A new business‑ranking system is coming to Z1BIZ. There are six levels—Platinum, Gold, Silver, Z1 Approved Business, Bronze and Bad Business—with Platinum being the highest. The ranking algorithm is confidential, but the best way to improve your standing is to keep your profile updated and encourage customers to leave reviews via the review form. Note, you do not need to claim a business or pay for a profile on Z1BIZ to achieve a higher ranking.
How do reviews work on Z1BIZ?
Customer‑submitted reviews left through the review form at the bottom of your profile are eligible for inclusion in structured data (these can generate review stars in Google).
Manually added top reviews (you choose up to three) still appear visibly on your page but are no longer included in the review‑snippet schema because Google considers owner‑controlled reviews to be “self‑serving”.
Z1BIZ also provides aggregate reviews that combine the ratings left on your Z1BIZ profile into an average score displayed in search via rich snippets. Encourage customers to submit feedback to build credibility and improve your ranking.
Important update: until Z1BIZ fixes a display issue, businesses with fewer than five Google Business Profile (GBP) reviews should not add their Google Places ID; otherwise Google reviews may appear broken. Once you have five or more GBP reviews, it’s safe to integrate your ID. We are actively working to fix this glitch.
