Pool and spa owners can schedule professional leak detection and inspection services through us as a courtesy. All inspections are carried out by an independent third party, Clearwater Leak Detection, and payment is made directly to them at the time of service.
Structural Leak Detection / Inspection
A structural inspection involves diving the pool or spa and checking from the tile line down to the drains. The process identifies leaks and pinpoints areas that may become problems in the future.

Plumbing Pressure Tests
For a more complete evaluation, plumbing pressure tests may be added to the inspection. This process includes pressure testing all plumbing lines from equipment to pool and spa, detecting any underground or equipment leaks.
