At Z1BIZ, we believe that transparency, trust, and accuracy form the foundation of a directory people can rely on. Today, we’re excited to introduce a major upgrade that brings more clarity and accountability to every business listed: the new 6-Level Z1BIZ Review System, now fully live.
For a long time, Z1BIZ has been dedicated to gathering real-human feedback, verifying business information, and helping consumers navigate through honest insights. We’ve asked ourselves: how can we give you a clearer picture not just of whether a business is good, but how good, and in what ways it might still be growing? That question led to this new system, which allows us to rank every business across six distinct levels:
| Level | Name | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
1![]() | Platinum | Outstanding in all metrics: reviews, trust, transparency, service, consistency. |
2![]() | Gold | Excellent in most areas, with strong customer satisfaction. |
3![]() | Silver | Solid, dependable performance with room to improve. |
4![]() | Approved | New business details added; baseline trust established. |
5![]() | Bronze | Mixed feedback, some areas need attention. |
6![]() | Bad | Alerts raised; recommended to proceed with caution based on current data. |
Why We Made This Change
- Better granularity — Rather than “approved / not approved,” you now see how strongly a business earns its rating.
- Motivation to improve — Businesses have clear milestones to reach for better status (and badges).
- More helpful to consumers — You can quickly scan the level to decide which businesses seem most reputable, and which need more investigation.
- Dynamic updates — Ratings will evolve as more reviews come in, information gets verified, and business performance is monitored.
What If There’s No Star Rating… Yet?
If you come upon a business without customer reviews or only partial verification, you’ll initially see Level 4 — Z1BIZ Approved. That doesn’t mean “perfect,” but it means we’ve confirmed the listing exists and there is basic business available. As reviews, verifications, and feedback accumulate, the rating may move up—or down.
We think this will bring more confidence for everyone browsing Z1BIZ, and clearer goals for businesses working to build their reputation. Over the coming weeks, we’ll also share stories of success, examples, and tips for how a business can move up the levels. Stay tuned!
